Refund Policy

Effective for Academic Year 2024–2025

At Navankur Institute of Advance Embryology (NIAE), we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all academic and administrative processes. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for fee refunds related to cancellations or migrations and is effective for the academic year 2024–2025. It supersedes all previously issued refund guidelines and aligns with the latest UGC regulations on fee refunds.


📅 Refund Schedule

  1. Cancellations or Migrations up to September 30th, 2024
    A 100% refund of the paid fee will be processed without any deductions.

  2. Cancellations or Migrations from October 1st, 2024 to October 31st, 2024
    A refund will be issued after deducting a processing fee of ₹1,000/-.

  3. If the admission schedule is extended beyond October 31st, 2024
    The refund structure for this period will be announced separately, in accordance with updated UGC guidelines.

Note: All refunds will be subject to applicable bank charges and may take up to 10–15 working days after verification and approval.

To apply for a refund, the candidate must send a formal request via email to: 📧 info@navankurebryology.com

The email must include:

  • Full Name of the Student

  • Application Number

  • Course Enrolled

  • Reason for Refund

  • Bank Account Details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name)

Please ensure all details are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may lead to delays in processing your refund.
